TARG FAQ – All You Need to Know

🔄 Exchanges & Returns

How do I exchange or return a product?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Start your request here
  2. Enter your order number and info
  3. Choose the item(s) you want to return/exchange
  4. Tell us why
  5. Submit the request
  6. We’ll confirm by email
  7. Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup (depends on location)
  8. Make sure items are in original condition with tags
  9. We’ll inspect the items, and if approved, process your request
  10. You’ll get an update once done

Can I return a product for a refund?

We don’t offer refunds due to our limited runs. All purchases are final.

How long does it take for an exchange?

7–10 working days after we receive your item.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Send us your order number with photos at contact@targ.co.in. We’ll sort it and ship a fresh piece.

Where do you ship?

Pan-India, for free!

When will I get my order?

We usually dispatch within 24 hours (unless it’s a pre-order). Delivery takes 2–5 business days.

How do I track my order?

Check your email (and spam folder) for tracking info. We also send updates on WhatsApp.

Why is my order delayed?

Sometimes logistics can cause delays. Reach out and we’ll look into it quickly.

Where are orders shipped from?

Our fulfillment hub is in New Delhi.

Can I place an order without using the website?

Yes! DM us on WhatsApp with product details and shipping info. We'll place it for you.

📦 Orders & Payments

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can’t be canceled once confirmed. Changes (size/product/address) are allowed only if the order is still “Unfulfilled.” Email us immediately to request changes.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes — but only before your order is shipped. Email us with your order number and new address.

My payment failed, but I got an order confirmation. What now?

If you got an order number, you’re good! Sometimes the payment gateway glitches. We’ll ship your order.

How can I pay?

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Email us with your order number and we’ll send it over.

🧵 Products & Sizing

How do I know my size?

We design with an oversized fit. If unsure, go one size down. For example, usually wear M? Try S.

How should I care for my TARG tee?

  • Machine wash with cold water
  • Air-dry preferred
  • No dry cleaning
  • Do not iron directly on the print

The product I want is out of stock — what now?

Email us at contact@targ.co.in with the product name. We’ll notify you if it restocks.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! Send your idea to contact@targ.co.in and we’ll take it from there.

🧾 Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are available for booking but ship later, as mentioned in the product description. Always check for expected shipping dates.
